Lucy is a Dublin-based production designer and graduate of the National College of Art and Design (NCAD). In her final year, she was awarded a commission to celebrate NCAD’s 250th Anniversary; the commemorative piece now resides in the Irish state collection.
With a design career spanning over two decades, Lucy has collaborated with a range of high-profile directors, including Sophie Fiennes, Lenny Abrahamson, John Carney, Lorcan Finnegan, Jake Scott, and more recently on the quietly acclaimed feature “Anniversary" directed by Oscar-nominated Jan Koamsa.
Her independent films and episodic drama projects showcase a broad creative scope. Credits inculde, Darren Thornton’s "Four Mothers", (which received the 2025 BFI Audience Film Award). Conor Horgan’s award winning “One Hundred Mornings” and Sophie Fiennes, Slavoj Zizek “Perverts Guide to Ideology”. She also recently designed Frank Berry’s "The Lost Children of Tuam" (Element Pictures)
In television drama, Lucy has worked on the multi-award-winning "Normal People", for which she earned an IFTA and was long-listed for a BAFTA. Her latest project is the adaptation of Caroline O’Donoghue’s "The Rachel Incident" (Element Pictures, Channel 4, Playboy, Universal ).
Lucy has designed numerous commercials as well, including campaigns for Tullamore Dew (Scott Free Productions), Just Eat, and Bank of Ireland, the latter earning her a Silver ICAD award.
